Kim has been a member of the Millwood Realty family since 1990. She's invaluable to the company as she is the heart and brains of Millwood. With her background in the banking industry and knowledge of the Kansas Real Estate Commission, Kim serves as the Office Adminstrator and Chief Financial Officer at Millwood. Kim  has been a member of the Salin Noon Network Ambucs Chapter serving as the treasurer for 7 years. She is happily married to Tim Frederking and loves spending time with her grandchildren and running marathons across the Mid-West during her leisure time.
